When people move from one location to another, particularly in a different country or State we usually recommend that they rent a property initially, until they are familiar with their surroundings and the expected cost of buying real estate.
This section of the Go Matilda website is intended to help you find a property to rent.
All you need to do is to confirm the location where you want to search for rental properties, and click on the Search button. You will then see details of properties that are available for rent, together with the following details (where provided by the vendor or agent):
- Weekly rental
- The suburb and postcode in which the property is located
- A brief commentary
- The agent or seller's website
- The agent or seller's contact details
- Details of schools in the area
- Details of the local newspaper
If any of the rental properties listed are of interest you can then either contact the agent directly, or register your interest through Go Matilda.
Alternatively, if there are no rental properties on our database that are of interest, you can register so that you are notified of new rental properties in your chosen location and so that you are sent an email by us when new rental properties meeting your criteria are entered onto the database.
If you are a real estate agent and would like to enter details of properties on your books that you think will be of interest to people moving to Australia or inter-State please contact us so that we can advise how details might be included on the Go Matilda Real Estate database.
